people from the del val who dylan terreri (jagged little dyl) has seen around at delaware valley regional high school

erin babcox was in my accelerated english class during freshman year. oh, maybe my earth science class, as well. i am not sure how we first met, but it was freshman year. she got the lead in "the quiet place," and i got a lesser role. we had a lot of laughs, i remember matt walsh wanted to see us dating...maybe dave preckle too.

anyway, her dad (neil babcox) was a pastor for a presbyterian church, and i heard that they were saying a lot of prayers for me after my brain-injury. we both didn't want to go to graduation, so we had a dinner at a restaurant together with our families. she moved to willow grove after we graduated, i drove down there quite a bit - it was going to willow grove all of the time that got me familiar with highway 611...it's probably why i moved out to doylestown in 1996.

oh, she got bit by a dog during our freshman (or sophomore) year. maybe that was the lawsuit that gave her thousands of dollars which she spent a lot of when we went to clinton (new jersey) and she bought dresses and clothes. she also had another mishap, kind of a major one in willow grove, i'm not sure what it was - but i remember visiting her at the abingdon hospital, south on 611 from her house and north of philadelphia.

oh, she liked the way i took the lyric "when i was 14, i was falling fast for a blue-eyed girl in my homeroom class" and said "when i was 14, i was falling fast for a blue-eyed girl in my english class". it's a song called "life's a dance" by john michael montgomery. she used to take george strait's lyric "do you love me, do you wanna be my friend, and if you do...well then don't be afraid to take me by the hand if you want to" from "check yes or no" and say it to me.

we saw "from dusk til dawn" together, as well as "girl 6" and "far from home: the adventures of yellow dog". we did so much together once she moved to willow grove. oh, at clemen's market, there was a card with a dinner-party pictured on the front with someone saying "how DARE you fart before my wife" on the front, and you open it up and see another one saying "i'm sorry, i didn't know it was her turn". i thought that was so funny.

again, we did so much together once she moved to willow grove. oh well...i guess i'll stop now.

oh, she signed her name as "erin babcox, i" at some point in high school. that's why i started to sign my name as "dylan terreri, i" about 20 years later.
