here's a letter in which i took elements from a bunch of letters (and my imagination) and just complained:

scott has absolutely NO RIGHT, as a quote-unquote "respectable" attorney, to tell me or anyone else to stop posting complaints relating to facts about a business. he may be as cute as tucker carlson (both men are nsberg, in my book...that's a southern word for "no sexier boys existed 'round gadsden"), but he does what bullies do. he knows that posting facts and opinions is protected speech, yet he sent a "special delivery" letter to me and stated that legal action would be taken if i would post online or speak offline of any comments related to a certain business that i regarded as sexist (and later would spread that opinion using the internet). the business had 13 wombn and 0 men working for it, my stating that it is a sexist organization is justifiable by a 5 year-old.

i'm not sure if the wombs at the business complained about my accusations of sexism against them, or about my stating that females are of the lesser gender...which is also justifiable by a 5 year-old (or anyone who has gone to school and took notice of the gender-based sports teams). really, though, even if someone never went to school to see that physical competitions separate the genders, they may have joined the army and seen that military females have a set of lesser physical requirements expected of them. for crying out loud, HOT DOG EATING COMPETITIONS ARE GENDER-BASED. the "strong woman" does not compete against men in ANY olympic event, has anyone ever seen the size of barbells at curves fitness?!

i do not know what he expected to be able to sue me for, because i don't think that his claims of "defamation" would relate to my stating the honest opinion about how the "our staff" page of the business implies sexism. also, i don't think that his claims of "defamation" would relate to my speaking the truth about femininity...oh, i know how females feel harassed by this "lesser gender" truth, but defamation implies false statements. of which i had made none.

now, i have wanted to work at a veterinary hospital to heal dogs, i have wanted to work at a high school to teach physical education, i have wanted to work at a movie studio as an actor. i am not a pet doctor, i am not a gym teacher, i am not an actor. i have been psychologically bullied enough so that i didn't follow those aspirations, but i'm not going to be bullied into not standing up for myself. i may have been "resting on my laurels" since a "traumatic brain-injury" hit me as a youngster, but i'm not going to spend my time figuratively resting on some hillside or green valley that's full of laurel trees if i'm harassed on the contrary, i'm going to stand up for myself if i feel that i have been slighted.

i was offended by the sexism of their "our staff" webpage. 13 vaginas and 0 men employed. i'm not stating the name of the business because scott has intimidated me, but i've been reading a LOT about defamation.

and it requires a false statement, scott.

leah tucker (this is a false statement about my real name, scott, maybe i'll sue me for defamation)
